Professional Development hours are based on the time we spend on location at museums, architectural sites, and/or hearing an art history lecture, along with the creative art making activities. (Meals, travel time, shopping, etc. are not included in PD.) Attached is a summary of the professional development activities for the 2023 Creativity Tour along with the NAEA national art educator standards supported by the program. Also included are the selected Texas art educator standards and general educator standards met by the program. Participants who attended all activities earned 36 hours! This is similar to the PD we will experience in 2024 as well.
Next year's Creativity Tour goes to Southern Italy!
